Storage & serving
My macarons are best served within 3 days from collection or delivery. Please store in their packaging and in the fridge. I recommend taking them out of the fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.
My macarons contain nuts, milk, and eggs. Some of my macarons also contain soya and alcohol. All of my macarons are made in an environment where all of the ingredients above and other allergens (wheat, sesame, peanuts) are used. For this reason I cannot guarantee that they are free from traces of these allergens. I try my best to make sure that cross-contamination does not occur, however I cannot remove the risk completely.
